A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this astronomical observatory is one of the world’s most accurate pre-modern observatories was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The huge instruments here can measure time, predict eclipses, and track stars with remarkable precision.

Nahargarh Fort
Nahargarh Fort stands on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the city, this fort offers panoramic views of jaipur and is a popular sunset spot. It’s also a great place to explore historical structures and enjoy a serene, peaceful atmosphere.

Jaigarh Fort
Known for housing the world’s largest cannon on wheels, Jaigarh Fort was built as a defensive structure. The fort offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape and has a museum displaying artefacts.

Albert Hall Museum
This museum, located in Ram Niwas Garden, is the oldest museum in Rajasthan. It showcases a great collection of artefacts, including miniature paintings, sculptures, jewellery, and ancient relics.

Jal Mahal
Jal mahal or Water Palace is a stunning palace that sits in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. Though visitors can’t enter the palace, the view from the shore is breathtaking, especially at the sunrise and at sunset.

Galtaji Temple
This temple is 10 km away from Jaipur, set in the hills, this ancient temple complex is known for its natural water springs, holy pools, and a large population of monkeys. The architecture and surrounding hills make it a scenic spot.
